Yoga + Blogging = Yogging?

It has occurred to me after some recent stress that I'm in need of consistent yoga.  In the past I've discovered that life is simply better when I do consistent yoga, even to the point that if I go too long without it, I go a little nutsy (and my body tenses until it's a tiny crumpled-up ball of paper).

So I'm in the process of trying, for a week, to do my basic yoga routine every day.  I know awhile back I tried to do a meditation routine for a month, but right now I have to take literal baby steps, because with Eleanor, the concept of time just has a whole new meaning.  So, just a week to start.

Today is actually day 3!  I haven't done my yoga yet, but I hope to before the end of the day.  Days 1 and 2 went well, and yesterday I threw in some Sun Salutations to boot!  Yay!

Also, blogging is a really good elixer for my mental health, so I'm trying to sneak that in more often as well.  I have lots of rants reviews saved up as draft posts so I can quickly work on them here and there and post when ready!  Even this post of my good yoga intentions is helpful. :)
